Jake has thrived in the oil and gas industry. Based out of Houston, Texas, over the past 26 years, Jake has represented institutions such as BP Amoco, Total Fina, Shell Oil, Morgan Stanley, Vitol Inc. and various other fortune 500 companies in the energy sector.

Jon has over 25 years of Sr. Sales Management experience within the Construction Equipment Industry. He has held key positions with major OEM's such as Komatsu, CNH (Case/New Holland), Cummins and HE-Parts International. He has traveled extensively throughout his entire career, while managing large Dealer Networks on both a Regional and National level, with direct responsibilities over North America, Latin America, and the Caribbean Regions. While at Energyware he has been able to us his wealth of Sales Management and Leadership experience to secure the companies largest Solar installation to date ($9.5M), has established key long term strategic relationships and partnerships and has worked tirelessly along with our CEO to build Energyware into the industry leader it is today.

Throughout his career, he has focused on making energy more accessible, affordable, and reliable for homes and businesses. Ashok Chabria is a seasoned entrepreneur with deep expertise in finance, renewable energy, and business strategy. As Founder and CEO of Costa Rica’s largest distributed generation solar company, he secured industry-first financing, built in-house funding solutions, and partnered with major clients including Walmart, Boston Scientific, and Dole. Under his leadership, the company achieved a 46% market share, maintained a zero-default rate, and became the first to receive direct funding from the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation. Previously, Ashok spent 16 years on Wall Street at JP Morgan, UBS, and Merrill Lynch, specializing in FX trading, investment banking, and digital trading transformation.

For 34 years, Lou has focused on working with clients in managing their energy "spend" through various methods of delivery. At MEI’s Energy Solutions, his primary responsibility is providing the strategic direction to advance the company's mission and objectives for supporting our Energy Services clients before joining MEI, Lou was most recently tasked with developing the ESCO Vertical for WESCO Energy Services Solutions (WLS). Lou was responsible for overall project development including scope, savings, financing, contract management, savings measurement, and verification.
For the past 17 years he has served on the Board for the Association of Energy Engineers, Affiliate Committee Member of NAESCO and as one of the founding Board Members of the Pennsylvania Energy Services Coalition. Receiving his Economics degree from Widener University, Lou is also a Certified Business Energy Professional, AEE and a vital member of MEI’s Development Team.
