Based out of Houston, Texas, over the past 26 years, Jake has represented institutions such as BP Amoco, Total Fina, Shell Oil, Morgan Stanley, Vitol Inc. and various other fortune 500 companies in the energy sector.

Jon has over 25 years of Sr. Sales Management experience within the Construction Equipment Industry. He has held key positions with major OEM’s such as Komatsu, CNH (Case/New Holland), Cummins and HE-Parts International. He has traveled extensively throughout his entire career, while managing large Dealer Networks on both a Regional and National level, with direct responsibilities over North America, Latin America, and the Caribbean Regions. While at Energyware he has been able to us his wealth of Sales Management and Leadership experience to secure the companies largest Solar installation to date ($9.5M), has established key long term strategic relationships and partnerships and has worked tirelessly along with our CEO to build Energyware into the industry leader it is today.

For the past 20 years Nader has been on the cutting edge of decarbonization and decentralization of the grid. He’s done solar projects all across the USA, and internationally in Europe and Asia. Nader comes to Energyware with prior experience with Samsung, EDF Renewable Energy, Suntech, and Bloom. His expertise ranges across manufacturing, development, sales, operations, EPC, finance, M&A, and O&M. He’s developed projects for behind-the-meter C&I customers as well as front-of-the-meter utility projects. Nader is passionate to be a part of to the cleantech community and is an advisor to the Los Angeles Cleantech Incubator, The Cleantech Open, the US Department of Energy, and the US Green Building Council.

Mr. Rubin has had a distinguished sales & marketing career spanning five decades. From his early years as a stockbroker for Lehman Brothers, to leadership positions with luxury brands including Ritz-Carlton, Hilton, and Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, to his current role as an Energy Consultant for large commercial projects, Neal’s expertise in negotiation and track record of increasing productively, efficiency, and profits is well documented. As a start-up and turnaround specialist, Mr. Rubin has a keen eye for identifying obstacles to success and discovering opportunities for improvement by focusing on people, processes, and product. He has guided organizations through the launch of new business units, creation and execution of multi-tier, multi-brand offerings, and entry into international markets. Neal’s communication mastery in delivering impactful presentations in the corporate boardroom, university classroom, convention ballroom, or client showroom, has demonstrated not only expert knowledge but also provided tailored solutions for his audiences’ needs. Mr. Rubin is passionate about helping others as evidenced by his fundraising efforts. He has served as a board member for the Children's Home Society of Central Florida; Chairman MakeA-Wish Foundation of Westchester, NY NBA Legends Tournament and; Corporate Sponsor Chairman Doc Rivers and the Shepard’s Hope Charity Golf Tournament, Orlando, Florida Mr. Rubin received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from American University and his master’s degree in hospitality management from Cornell University. Under his leadership, the company achieved a 46% market share, maintained a zero-default rate, and became the first in history to receive direct funding from the U.S. International Development Financial Corporation (DFC). Before his success in renewable energy, Ashok spent 16 years on Wall Street, working with major firms like JP Morgan, UBS, and Merrill Lynch. His expertise in FX trading, investment banking, and financial risk management took him across global financial centers, including New York, London, and Tokyo. As Head of E-Commerce for FX Trading at Merrill Lynch, he played a key role in transitioning trading operations to digital platforms and developing structured financial products. Ashok’s extensive experience in business leadership, strategic growth, and financial innovation continues to drive impactful solutions across industries.
